Jessica manages the practice and works as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. Her passions are accounting technology and small business development. She’s also a respected industry speaker and thought leader.

Ruth puts the personal into Pillow May’s personal tax service, skilfully processing each unique individual tax return and managing all the payrolls. She is also our resident auto enrolment expert.
Fastest tea drinker in the west
Sam has a finger in every Pillow May pie. As well as being Jessica’s PA, she coordinates office admin, client correspondence and events and ensures deadlines aren’t missed… phew!
Passionate about motorbikes
Ruth G not only looks after everyone in the office, she also prepares the company secretarial and payroll work and manages our charitable giving programme.
Excel Expert
Catherine has a head for formulas and is passionate about improving our clients’ accounting systems. She prepares management accounts and more complex VAT returns for our larger clients.
Resident puppy walker
Caroline oversees our Xero bookkeeping and VAT returns and provides Xero support and training.
Loves to fish
Debs works extremely hard for us remotely on year end accounts preparation. She’s happiest outdoors… as you’d expect from someone who lives in beautiful New Zealand!
